Lewis Frazier, Jr., MD

Lewis Frazier, Jr., MD, is a board-certified physical medicine and rehabilitation physician at Texas Interventional Pain Management in Addison, Texas. Dr. Frazier, Jr. is a Fellow of the American Association of Neuromuscular & Electrodiagnostic Medicine and specializes in interventional pain management and stem cell therapy.

Dr. Frazier, Jr. earned his undergraduate degree at Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas. He went on to complete his medical degree at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio before finishing his residency training at Stanford University in Palo Alto, California, where he was chief resident.

Given his expertise in his field, Dr. Frazier, Jr. has lectured physicians around the world on precision spinal diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. He was also appointed as a member of the instructional faculty at the International Spinal Intervention Society.
